NAB approved the petition against Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif to harm the national treasury. The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Justice Retired Javed Iqbal in Islamabad, in which Executive Board has approved PML-N president Nawaz Sharif, Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif and other reference to the meeting. The Executive Board also approved the investigation against former prime minister Raja Pervez Ashraf and Babar Awan for the loss of 113 billion rupees due to delay in the Nandipur project. In the statement, former Chairman Pakistan Tobacco Board was decided to file a complaint against Sahibzad Khalid, Sahibzada Khalid has illegally utilized the powers to make illegal payments, which caused the loss of millions of rupees to the national treasury. The meeting was approved by former secretary Law and Justice Masood Chishti, former secretary Shahid Rafi and former director Ejaz Bashir. While Mawarki was also approved to file a corruption report against former chairman of the Board of Control, Asif Akhtar Hashimi.
