Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe announced the pre-election, after dissolution of Parliament. According to the Foreign News Agency, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe had called for a few days before the election, which has been executed today. Shinzo Abe ruled the lower house of parliament for the forthcoming elections, after which general elections are expected on October 22. Last week Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe told the reason for his move that he wants to get a new mandate to overcome the national crisis. They also want to make a tough policy on North Korea that is constantly making nuclear experiments.
