Jerusalem … News Time

Jimmy Snow has been melting down with each passing day over relations between Israel and Saudi Arabia, and Israel officially gave its citizens permission to visit Saudi Arabia for the first time. According to French news agency AFP, Israeli Interior Minister Aryeh Deri issued a statement after consulting the country’s security establishment that Israeli citizens would be allowed to travel to Saudi Arabia in two cases. He said that Israeli citizens could visit Saudi Arabia for 90 days for religious reasons, such as paying Umrah or Hajj, or for business reasons or investment.

Israeli Interior Ministry Aryeh Deri said those traveling to Saudi Arabia for business will have to make all arrangements to enter Riyadh. And it is important that they receive an invitation from Saudi government agencies for this. The statement said that despite the permission from Israel, travelers would need Saudi Arabia’s permission to travel. Before getting permission, most people from Arab countries used to visit Saudi Arabia but Israel never allowed both Jews and Muslims in their country to go to Saudi Arabia regularly. Earlier, the people of Israel used to travel to Saudi Arabia through a third country, especially Jordan, but now they can go directly to Saudi Arabia.

So far, Saudi Arabia has not issued any statement regarding policy changes but in recent times, relations between the Arab states and Israel have seen a lot of improvement in the past. Israel has Jordan and Egypt have peace agreements, but due to illegal occupation of Palestine, they could not have such agreements with the Muslim world, especially the Arab countries.
