She wants to go abroad for treatment but we will not allow her to go abroad. The minister added that every member of the Sharif family wanted to go abroad for treatment. Fawad Chaudhry said that Maryam Nawaz had contacted the backdoor but Prime Minister Imran Khan had refused to give permission. Now the question is whether Maryam Nawaz is really asking Imran Khan for NRO? N-League circles say there is no such thing.
Talking to media, Nawaz had only said that she would have to undergo surgery which is not possible in Pakistan and she would have to go abroad, but at the same time she had clarified that she had no request from Imran government. The consensus was that the patient’s condition was such that it would be appropriate to send him out. If it is delayed and proper treatment is not available in time, the patient’s life may be in danger.
For further consolation, Prime Minister Imran Khan sent two doctors from Shaukat Khanum Hospital to examine the patient, when he also returned and confirmed the medical reports, and Punjab Health Minister Yasmeen Rashid confirmed the reports. When the patient was recommended to be sent to London immediately, Imran Khan was also moved by the human sympathy and sent Nawaz Sharif to London with his prayers. League says that now where did the NRO come from? It is a different matter that as soon as he reached London, Mian Sahib’s health gradually recovered and he did not need immediate treatment. Now some people are saying that if Maryam Nawaz also needs to go abroad for treatment, she will follow the same tested line and would prefer to go to London based on medical reports. There may be a situation where Imran Khan himself has to say goodbye to him with his prayers and his prayers prove to be as effective as before that he recovers as soon as he arrives in London and does not need any surgery.
