The arrest of Kulbhushan Jadhav and trial in the International Court:

Remember that the Indian Navy’s present service commander Kulbhushan Jadhav change name Hussain Mubarak Patel was arrested by the law enforcement agencies of Pakistan on March 3, 2016, illegally entering Pakistan. Indian spy confessed to the magistrate and court that “Raw” planned for terrorism in Pakistan apart from contacts, responsibility was taken to sabotage the ongoing peace process and the ongoing war against terrorism. Kulbhushan Jadhav also said that in 2004 and 2005, he made several visits to Karachi whose goal was to give some basic task to “Ra”, while in 2016 he entered Iran in Balochistan. A video of the confession statement of Kulbhushan Jadhav was released by the Pak Army Department’s Public Relations. In which he had acknowledged that his aim to enter Pakistan was to meet the Baloch separatists who had been financing.

Later on April 2017, an ISPR report issued in the statement said that Kulbhushan Jadhav’s military court had ordered the death sentence for involvement in the detrimental acts of Pakistan’s spying, Karachi and Balochistan, which was later ratified by Army Chief General Qamar Javaid Bajwa. India filed an appeal against the death sentence of Kulbhushan Jadhav in International Court of Justice on May 9, 2017, and it was requested that ICC Javed prevented Pakistan from hanging Indian spy, which was set for hearing. In the petition filed by the International Court of Justice, India was accused of violating Vienna Convention on Pakistan according to the Vienna Convention, the person arrested in connection with the spying can not be stopped from access. India claimed that Kulbhushan Jadhav was an unfortunate trader, who was accused of being abducted after the abduction of Iran, to be a “RAW” agent. But India could not prove any evidence of kidnapping.

It is believed that on December 13, 2017, India’s response was made to the International Court of Justice on the complaint of India on the case of Kulbhushan Jadhav. After which the International Court of Justice issued an interim order last year on May 18, 2018, ordered the arrest of Kulbhushan Jadhav after which the Foreign Office had informed that the government of Pakistan has directed the relevant institutions to follow it on the order of the International Court of Justice. It is clear that India and India have yet to put 2, 2 answers on the claims made by India. However, India failed to prove that when and how was retired from Kulbhushan Jadhav and Indian Navy, because at the time of being caught, Kulbhushan Jadhav was 47 years old. Apart from this, India needs to explain that Kulbhushan Jadhav had a real passport with fake identities, which he used to use for the purpose of coming to India 17 times and named him named “Hussain Mubarak Patail”.In December 2017, Pakistan used Kulbhushan Jadhav to meet his wife and mother. This meeting took place in Pakistan’s Foreign Office, where no Indian ambassador or official was allowed to accompany Kulbhushan Jadhav’s family. During the meeting, Kulbhushan Jadhav acknowledged the spy for Indian secret agency ‘Raw’ in front of his wife and mother. During the 18th year of February 22, public hearing of Kulbhushan Jadhav case was completed between Pakistan and India, but the court started consultation for the decision. Later on July 4 sources of foreign affairs told that the International Court of Justice will hear the verdict on July 17.
