Former US National Security Agency official Tim Morrison says the US ambassador to the EU, Gordon Sondland, told him he was following US President Donald Trump’s directive on the Ukraine issue. Taylor said a staff member heard Trump asking Gordon Sondland about the investigation and that staff member asked Gordon Sondland after a telephonic call what Trump thinks about Ukraine. He said Gordon Sondland responded to that question by saying that Donald Trump is more interested in prosecuting Joe Biden than for whom Rudy Giuliani is pushing.
It is worth mentioning here that the action of this Impeachment is being broadcast live on television where millions of American viewers can watch it live. However, experts believe its 2020 presidential election could have serious consequences. To date, only two US presidents have been impeachment in American history, including Bill Clinton in 1998 and Andrew Johnson in 1868, the two presidents were not dismissed by the Senate despite the impeachment of the allegations. However, in 1974, President Richard Nixon resigned from the position where he was requested to begin impeachment proceedings after the Watergate scandal surfaced. If these allegations are proven during Trump’s impeachment proceedings, he will become the first US president to be fired on the basis of Impeachment.
