Gambia Minister of Justice presents a credible and comprehensive report on the genocide of Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar

I can still hear deeply the voice of thousands of mothers whose liver was snatched away from them. And they don’t even know if they will ever see their sons again. Many mothers likewise know the fact that they will never see the sons. She goes to the graves of her loved ones to cry, even though she does not know the graves of her loved ones, but she will cry to them, hoping to hear about them. Similar incidents are taking place in occupied Kashmir where Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s military forces are killing Kashmiris in fear of God by obeying Modi and taking away the right to live freely in the free world, Kashmiris. Want to eliminate the demographic change in occupied Kashmir. It has become commonplace for the ruthless Indian soldiers and the so-called military officers to enter and break into Kashmiris’ homes. Unfortunately, such incidents of rape have the full backing of senior BJP leader Major General (retd) SP Sinha, as he said Ali al-Alan said that instead of death, rape would be in place of death and rape. But not a single word was uttered in condemnation by Prime Minister Modi over this highly unethical and unwanted statement. Today is the 176th day of Kashmiris’ imprisonment in the world’s largest prison (occupied Kashmir) and the prisoners are non-Kashmiris. According to Modi, Muslims have no right to freedom.
The International Court of Justice was one of the people who praised Gambia’s bold move to file a petition Gambia Minister for Justice Abubacarr Tambadou presented a credible and comprehensive report on the genocide of Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar. I was 100% convinced that the Gambia World Court would win this case in justice and the court would provide justice to the Rohingya Muslims, then Allah Almighty listened to the prayers of Rohingya Muslims, the World Court of Justice issued orders to stop brutality and genocide of Rohingya Muslims. Following are the key points of this historic decision.
(1) The World Court of Justice issued orders to Myanmar that the genocide of the Rohingya Muslim minority be stopped immediately.
(2) The World Court of Justice in its historic decision declared that the 1948 Convention had been violated in Badi Nazar. Therefore, the court imposed an emergency and ordered the government of Aung San Suu Kyi to respect the 1948 genocide convention in full. The World Court of Justice also rejected the submission of the Nobel Prize in defending Aung San Suu Kyi on systematic human rights abuses and war crimes.
Gambia, in support of the Rohingya Muslims, succeeded in their sincere efforts but I am unable to face my Kashmir brothers and sisters because Pakistan failed to file a case against Indian generals with basic evidence in the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court. We should drag Indian Prime Minister Modi and his assistants to the aforementioned two world courts as Gambia has legalized because the incidents of genocide are the same in occupied Kashmir and Myanmar. Delay in filing a case against India is already leading us to failure. In this regard, I have also written several letters to Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi that the matter should be immediately taken to the International Court of Justice against India.
My question to Prime Minister Imran Khan and Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi is what prevented Modi from being dragged into war crimes after certified reports of Indian war crimes and human rights violations in the occupied Kashmir of the International Human Rights Commission. Foreign Minister! This is not a time for emotional speeches in support of Kashmiris, but the Indian government needs to take drastic steps such as dragging it into the World Court of Justice. And this is the voice of every Pakistani and Kashmiri who wants to see India exposed to crimes against humanity. But now you are using your power to bring justice to innocent Kashmiris.
