A High Court of Bangladesh has ordered the 139 soldiers to be executed in connection with the uprising. These soldiers were abducted in 2009. This rebellion was futile, however, while 57 people including 57 high military officers were killed. Bangladeshi Attorney General Mahboob Alam told last week that the High Court of the Dhaka has removed the appeal filed by the soldiers. Judge Zafar Siddique said that the soldiers were involved in the worst humanity in Bangladesh history. In which during the day of Ramadan, people were killed, tortured and burnt alive. Appeal can be appealed in the Supreme Court, which is authorized to give final decision on death sentence.
