Talks between the Kabul government and the Taliban in Turkey are continuing to establish peace in Afghanistan. According to Afghan media, to end the last few decades of civil war in Afghanistan and to establish peace the Turkish government has held 4-linear negotiation process in Istanbul. The 3-day negotiation process began with a week, which will continue till Monday. The talks include Afghan Taliban, Mullah Mohammad Rassoul Group, Hizb-e-Islami Afghanistan and Afghan government representatives. The Afghan government agency says the Turkish government has offered Afghan Taliban to open the office for political activities in the country. This is the third meeting in Istanbul between the Afghan government and Taliban factions, earlier this year, in Istanbul last year, Turkey was also negotiating. It is clear that there have been discussions between the Afghan government and Taliban factions several times however; there was a problem of communication every time and negotiations ended without any result.
